In addition to her current responsibilities with Customer Service Direct, Albers will oversee all aspects of Call Center Direct, which includes both inbound and outbound telemarketing. Prior to her position as Director of Customer Service at Thill Logistics, Inc., Albers was Global Business Leader at Schneider National, Inc. Ms. Albers has over 20 years of diverse business experience in customer service management and related fields. Albers will bring the same expertise in customer service and inbound/outbound telemarketing management to Call Center Direct that she brought to Customer Service Direct.
