It’ s time to learn a little more about the people here at Thill Logistics. The idea is based on the website Formspring and the classic Bernard Pivot questionnaire, just imagine that I am holding my blue index cards and asking the questions in a soothing James Liptonesque tone. The format is simple, five questions. The first 4 will stay constant, (3 work related questions and 1 from Pivot) but the 5thquestion… that is up to you! Here are my five questions for Humberto Aguilar
What is your role at Thill Logistics? I am the Customer Service Client Lead out of the Neenah, WI offices. I work with our clients and other departments within Thill Logistics to provide our Customer Service Representatives with all the information they need to provide excellent customer service.
How did you get into your field? By obtaining a degree in Marketing and customer service being one of the many areas covered by this broad field.
What is your favorite thing about your field? It is being able to have ideas and making them count. What I also enjoy is that you are not stuck in the same daily routine and every day is different than the day before.
(Bernard Pivot) What is your favorite word? One of my favorite words has to be “Nice.”
(Formspring What would you say your three key strengths are?
1) Being bilingual in English and Spanish, especially in this fast growing diverse country.
2) I consider myself to be a very dependable individual.
3) Always striving to be a leader, both in and out of the workplace.
