To assist with the development, management and maintenance of web projects, including, but not limited to the areas of: programming, graphic design, marketing, server administration, database administration, and support.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
Website Programming
Developing shopping cart solutions, payment transactions, Ecometry integration, online forms, validation mechanisms, and database interaction by means of PHP, ASP, ASP.net, JavaScript, MySQL, and MS SQL
Website Design
Designing of website interfaces, various site graphics, videos/animations, and call to actions utilizing applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, and Dreamweaver. The creation of website templates, content, and forms using advanced knowlegde of HTML and CSS.
Website Updates and Maintenance
Changing and upkeep of internal and client websites which may include content, graphical, and functionality changes.
Advertising Design
Designing banners, email creatives, or other advert graphics for the use of marketing.
Marketing & Search Engine Optimization
Analyzing and utilizating organic and paid search engine tactics to increase rankings and sales.
Web Server Administration
Managing externally hosted web servers, including purchasing, creation of domains, SSL installation, DNS administration, and technical support.
Email Administration
Managing internal email addresses, SPAM filtering, and white/black lists.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND EXPERIENCE:

General knowledge of the principles and practices of information technology; proficiency in website programming and designing programs; ability to apply and adapt practices and techniques to the special requirements of senior management.
Four (4) to six (6) years’ web designing and/or developing; OR
An associate’s degree/bachelor’s degree in business or IT; and three (3) years’ general experience.
Any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
